Whole School Awards Assembly
On Tuesday 19 June, we held our Whole School Awards Assembly and we have been delighted by the overwhelming number of students receiving awards this term. A grand total of 108 students received a certificate, accompanied by an entrepreneurial badge, to commemorate the achievement. Teachers and support staff nominated students from each year who have worked hard in lessons, gone above and beyond, or who have made a positive impact on their own and their fellow pupils time in the Academy. The overall winners for the most amount of nominations, and receiver of The Academy Cup, went to year 7s and 8s who came in joint first place. We would like to give a huge well done all who received an award, we hope that the students wear their badge with pride!
