Royal Albert Hall Trip
On Wednesday, 23 October a group of nearly 50 BACA students were invited to the Royal Albert Hall in London to see a performance of INALA.
INALA means 'abundance of goodwill' in Zulu, a language spoken throughout southern Africa.
The show was born out of a desire to unite different cultures, artistic disciplines and backgrounds, and to celebrate diversity, giving an equal voice to all in on space. The narrative combined dance, music and drama in order to provide a visual metaphor for one character's journey of identity, loss and redemption.
The students had a fantastic time, soaking up the grandeur of the venue, and represented their school well.
