Sussex Chief Exec Praises BACA's "Phenomenal Facility"

Former England Rugby international and now Sussex County Cricket Club chief executive Rob Andrew has praised the development of the Sir Rod Aldridge Cricket Centre at Brighton Aldridge Community Academy and the role it is playing in the growth of Women and Girls cricket in the county.

Speaking in an end of season interview Andrew said that the centre was "a phenomenal facility that's now the home of Sussex Women's cricket". As well as being a facility for the BAC students, particularly those in the Aldridge Cricket Academy sixth-form course, the £1.8m centre, which was funded by charitable donation, is also a community resource, being home to Portslade Cricket Club and used by local primary schools.
